This location, which is NOT owned or operated by UHaul, is in a suburban area near my home that had UHaul not directed me to it to drop off my one way rental, I would not have known it was there. The individual working at this location was shouting and carrying a firearm. That could be a hard stop for most people. But I'll continue as it is relevant to my rating. As I drove onto the property, which has many different businesses on it none of which were open at 10am on a Wednesday morning, there were signs pointing the way to the rear of the property for drop off of UHaul equipment. I followed those signs. I thought I heard someone shouting and looked around but saw no one. So I proceeded following the signs. Then more shouting and I stopped and got out to find a gentleman standing at the back of the trailer I was returning shouting as he was trying to open the rear door. I ask him if he worked there. He said yes and told me to wait while he checked the trailer before proceeding to the drop off point. I waited and then drove way back off the road behind several buildings to an open area where you could not see the road or anyone for that matter. I was directed to back the trailer up into a bin with mulch in it and waited for him to disconnect it. He said I could go. I ask for a receipt. He said he'd email it to me. I said I wanted one printed out indicating the trailer was dropped off on time and not damaged. He angrily said he couldn't help me because he was too busy. He bent over and tugged his sweatshirt revealing a hand gun. I got into my car and called UHaul. I explained that I wanted a printed receipt showing the time and condition of the trailer. The person from UHaul that I spoke with on the phone forwarded my call to the gentleman at the location who shouted HELLO into the phone several times before I hung up and called 911. As I was speaking to the 911 operator the gentleman from the UHaul location put orange cones and barrels into the drive blocking my exit. I waited at the rear of the property not wanting to go near an angry man with a gun who was shouting from the get go. The police arrived and made the man move the barrels and cones. I spoke with the officers for several minutes who apologized for the situation I found myself in. They told me Ohio's new law allows anyone to carry a firearm anywhere anytime. Many businesses do not allow individual to carry firearms onto/into their property. Apparently this is not one of those places. One of the officers handed me a printed receipt that showed the trailer returned. After that I proceeded up the drive and off the property. The location is unsafe due to the drop off point not having any view of the road and not having active businesses within sight of that drop off point. I would avoid this location for this reason alone.

I can't leave a useful comment here because i dropped off after hours. So ignore my "Yes" ratings. i had to check something here or it wouldn't let me leave a comment.
BRIAN RVery friendly and helped me out tremendously on installation A plus, plus
BENJAMIN MI didn’t like the whole experience of downloading the app and snapping a bunch of pictures
John KGood experience. Friendly staff. Happy to use again in the future!
KEVIN BAgain… the website wouldn’t accept the return correctly without messing up. Uploaded photos, website wouldn’t finish and save. After hours, so stressful that things wouldn’t work.

DANIEL WNo problems. Easy online check in and pick up from the rental agent.
Timothy EAdditionally, I was charged a 'safe move charge' of $15 that I had not requested. As damage to the truck, had there been any, would have been covered by my auto insurance.
SCOTT SI was charged 25 dollars for fuel when I drove the truck a total of 15 miles and put $15 dollars worth of gas back in
MICHAEL FThe cup holders were gooey and I put my drinks in them. My hand got all gross. The truck was fine but the pick up place not well marked and they didn’t know where the keys were.
JAMES CFast, efficient, the owner jumped right in and helped hook up the trailer.
SALLY BThe truck seed to pull to the right. May need an alignment but was very clean but very high up to get into the cab
BARBARA HJohn helped me out with hitching the trailer to my jeep. He was very professional and very kind.
Cheryl CI reserved on line and the equipment was there and people friendly.
GARY CJohn was a great help in my rental with UHaul
Michael BAfter hours is confusing. once I weaved through the maze and then saw the key drop off 1000 feet from the truck drop off. The website for return was poor --- it took me 40min to get a picture to upload. I then had to download the APP which was having issues as well. Horrible experience trying to do an after hours return, Felicia was helpful on the phone and said a manager would call me to get a courtesy credit or a possible free day usage to try it again.
