I paid $92 (including the gas that I filled) for two hours use and a distance of 19 km only!!! I would never use U-Haul again and I'll go about telling everyone I know.

It's imperative ensure that the initial vehicle reserved by the customer is actually available at the time it was scheduled for pickup. The other customer was running late to drop off the truck, yet in the system it showed that vehicle was ready, and when I arrived at the destination, we had no choice but to switch to a cargo van, due to time constraints. In addition, this caused an enormous inconvenience as it resulted in having to make 2 trips for the storage transfer, spending twice the mileage and twice the gas, since the vehicle was smaller. The whole purpose of reserving the 10 ft truck was to save time, cost, energy and fuel. The gas tanks should always be full. Customer service was extremely slow and the office space was disorderly.

I'm saying this now before I receive the receipt, as I received the email with the link, but the receipt doesn't show up. I'm hoping the receipt is correct, as the reviews were negative. So far, everything is ok, and hoping not to be overcharged.

Hi this is shah you guys are big scam because i rented the truck on thursday evening 5 Oclock and i return it on 5 Oclock sunday evening and all the kilometeres which i used is 37 kilometeres which is 37$ and for three days more 19.95 is should be 57$ dollars and 3$ dollars for eviromental fee and 22 dollars for tax its should be total 119$ and you guys charge me 191$ this is very big scam and i need to go to court against this because 70$ is nothing but why you charge me like 70$ extra for what purpose

The staff were friendly and helpful yet so busy with other business and customers. As a result, I accidentally got overcharged because "2" NOT "1" was pressed beside the "CHARGEABLE RENTAL PERIOD" generating an extra day of both Insurance and Rental. A call to the main office corrected. It appears to have been an HONEST error as the staff apologized and advised me how I could receive a refund. I am pleased and shall use this convenient location again! Bob L.

I am disappointed because the guy to give me the truck 🚚 I have reservation for 12 pm and give after one hour and 10 minutes later 😢 not nice? For i waiting.

Took almost 2 hours to finally get the keys to the truck. I had ordered a dolly as equipment that never missing. They said they would refend me but that never happened. The engine light was on, the truck stalled right in their parking lot before I was able to leave. Just was horrible. I filed a case and still waiting for a response from customer service 2 business days later. Worst service ever

It took me almost 45 mins to get the keys as they were not able to capture my drivers license details.
