Difficult to get the vehicles in and out of the lot. They charged me more $ after return with no explanation, and no updated or additional receipt. I returned the van with more gas then when they gave it to me, it was clean, and I drove less kilometers than estimated. My e-mails to them asking about the charges have bounced back.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location I picked up the truck was good. My problem is it was originally a convenience store at 467 Cosburn st in Toronto. I wanted the truck at 9 and the store did not open until 10. I set up to use the moble app, I even stopped in at the store a day before to ensure my truck would be there and how to get the keys. When I got there at 8:45 am on my pick up day, called the number on the door and was told the agent did not leave the keys in the drop box so I could not get the truck until 10. UNACCEPTABLE! The agent on the phone fount me another truck at OConnor dr(further away from my location. So far I have been charged $130. On my master card yet my invoice says $65.64. I trust I am getting a credit for the balance ! If you have agents looking after your business, make sure they know what they are doing and are reliable. This caused undo stress on an already stressful moving day for my daughter.
David PThe attendant seemed very new at the job. She had a very difficult time working with the computer system. I it took over 25 minutes to complete the transaction. She wasn’t very clear on how to identify the vehicle that I got.

Ryan EThe owner of business and workers need to be kind understanding self-awareness was lacking when advising that I came to pick up the vehicle you advised me no one is here. They don’t allowed to go into the office and there’s no key to give advice and share my proof of reservation it was totally ignored till they finally call another person who told me they can assist and then decided because of my persistence and advice. I look into the app to see if my pictures after that was completed the workers either place had no clue that he needed to give me a key or didn’t care cause he was taking care of the customers as we clean peoples vehicle as I wait when I got more impatient advice he needs to communication from the proof for my phone. I got a vehicle. It was the worst experience for you all ever I would not recommend going to that location at all. Please excuse the typo as this is an audio text
