There were some loose dirt in the back, and a few items left in the cab, but nothing that made a difference to me the agent that I spoke with, and worked with at the pick up was very, very helpful.

The women was very slow, they seemed to not care, and were disorganized. When I booked I set up a drop off WE used before and it was not honored! had to drive 8 miles out of my way! and she was slow and didn't seem to care. Couldn't figure out show to give me a "return receipt"?!?!?

Best rental location and staff ANYWHERE. Have used this location multiple times after our first time was so effortless. Our professional mover praised the location when he had to rent a truck to offload his 53 football semi trailer due to narrow streets around our house. With 22 years motor pool experience in service I had to agree that this facility has proper room to hook up and maneuver unlike many other locations. We keep coming back here even passing other locations. Super easy to get on and off Apalachee Parkway without the steep driveways, tight turns, and small lots at other TLH locations and in other cities. Also conveniently located near some of the most reasonable gas in town to fill up your personal tow vehicle or top off the rental truck on return. Storage facility on site and close to multiple other storage facilities as well. Staff didn't miss a crossedâ€T†on the contract and were extraordinarily efficient and helpful on phone and in person. It was like renting from family. Have rented a lot of Uhauls this year for multiple moves from Arizona to Texas to Virginia to Florida and this location was AND IS THE BEST BY FAR. Thry also have the odd trailers you need like motorcycle haulers perfect for getting riding mowers to and from the shop with built in ramp. Give your business to these folk.

Ashley was so helpful with my reservation and rescued me when remote check in didn't work. This location was a pleasure to rent from! The truck I got, while extremely clean, is definitely older and I wouldn't have wanted to drive it long distance, but for an in-town move it was fine. Parkway definitely deserves a newer 26' truck at their location, because everything I experienced with them was first rate!

The location at 2554 capital circle NE in Tallahassee is a ridiculously small lot with a very steep and poorly marked entrance on one of the busiest stretches of that road around tallahassee. That location would be completely unacceptable for turning ain a truck and trailer combination and I would have caught in that dilemma if I had not turned in the trailer the previous day at another location well known to me (5460 apalachee pkwy Tallahassee. The 2554 capital circle me location should be shut down and relocated to a piece of terrain that is level and with adequate access lanes. Whoever allowed this location to open deserves censure. There has to be some degree of driving experiencevappoled to the choice of location before u haul agrees to accept a location for franchise. There are entirely too many locations around tallahassee available to continue to tolerate such a poor site. This reflects very poorly on Uhaul in comparison to Penske and budget and other competitors in the Tallahassee area. The 2201 west Tennessee location also is poorly sited given changes in traffic and roadway since it's original placement there probably in the 70s or before. U haul should require a higher level of s scrutiny on location siting given that a significant percentage of renters are not trained truck drivers but are instead persons often driving such a rig for the first time. This circumstance is more pronounced in 2023 than in 1963 given the extreme reduction in car sizes that serve as the experience platform for renting drivers.

Take better care of your trucks!!!!! We only did in town and the truck barely made it. The carburator was definitely no good. It was clean but that won't help when your stuck somewhere!!!

We were scheduled to pick up at 2908 Mahan Dr. by Uhaul done online. When we arrived at that location the woman was lovely, but did not have the truck. She then sent us to another location. They too were terrific, but said Uhaul had double booked and may not have a truck for me. They eneded up giving me a truck which was an "upgrade". It was 10ft longer than the one I had requested, much more diffficult to drive. I had recieved a phone call saying this might be possible. I had paid for the insurance online and then paid again when I arrived at the location. I was also asked to drive the truck to Ft. Walton instead of dropping in Santa Rosa Beach for $20. It would have cost more than that in gas, as it is over an hour extra drive. The truck was clean and seemed in good condition. When I pulled out onto the street the engine light came on and remained on for the rest of our trip. These issues seem more related to the overarching company Uhaul, than with the individual retailers.
