Whomever was working at the time decided to leave a couple of hours early, and gave me a brief call to let me know that he was converting my reservation to TruckShare 24/7. He said that I would be receiving all of the information to open the lock box. I waited, but never received anything, so I called UHaul customer service. They told me that I arrived late, and I explained that the app told me to arrive within 1 hr of my reservation, which I was well within when I finally reached an agent. They were able to get me checked in, and the vehicle was in good shape, but I wasted almost an hour of my life because of the person who was working at the location.
Carlos JI arrived at 9 am with my son. The store guys were just showing up. We followed them inside. Immediately we were overwhelmed with the odor of marijuana. It was very uncomfortable. It was clear during the interaction with the main guy that he was high from pot. He took my information and gave me a U-Haul form for a truck. We then went outside to check it out. I was told the truck was "dead" and he gave me a key to a different truck. The paperwork was not updated. I received a text from U-Haul to verify the plate number for the first truck, which, obviously, I couldn't do. I just wanted to leave and get away from an obviously drug intoxicated U-Haul agent. Very disappointing. After returning the truck I received the invoice, which had charges I did not authorize.
DANIEL HI couldn’t find anything the customer service was amazing and the truck was super clean and ran perfect.
SARA CThe truck was pretty much frozen to the point I could not derive it safely because the mirrors were frozen over. When I requested a scraper to get the ice of the mirrors they did not have one I had to ask for some water to try and throw out the mirrors which created a crack. If I did not but the insurance I would have been on the hook for hundreds of dollars. Will never use this place again
Yury FThe vehicle had been in med prior to my rental and inside floor was full of mud. Young man working was very helpful and picking up and dropping off were seamless.
JAY SI have been charged with fuel surcharge when I returned same level it was. Looks like the location intentionally doing it by not keeping the fuel full. I have the proof before and after and available to share. I felt I am cheated out

Christopher MArrived 30’ early at 10:30 am and place was closed. Had baseball commentary tv show on and became hard to communicate with volume high. Equipment ordered not available at location.
Thomas HThe location has terrible cell service for Verizon, which became an issue when dropping off as it had to be done in the app (which no one told us when picking up). We spent 25 minutes there just checking out and waiting for the app to accept our photos. Also, the cup holder in the cab was busted and the tires were bald. Thank goodness it didn't rain or snow yesterday.
Michelle DI was charged for 130 miles I didn’t drive. Due to truck not being properly checked in before my appointment.Truck had muddy floor mats. Truck had a little over quarter tank of gas so that is how I returned it and was charged $25 for not being half tank so again paying for last customers left over problems that weren’t caught at last check in. Young man working that Saturday stated he say problems with last check in on computer but still I am the one being held responsible. Very very disappointed in the service from this provider.
ROBERT HThe equipment was dirty upon receipt and was hardly functional as the truck would shake extremely hard when driving over 50. The location didn’t have the equipment that I reserved weeks in advance and they also had the fuel gauge marked higher in the contract than it was upon receipt.
Brian Wone tie down strap was not serviceable and I had to spend an extra 30 dollars to purchase a strap to properly tie down the towed vehicle
GARY WThey had no idea how to correctly hook up a trailer. We’ve rented U-Haul trailers many times before snd we tow our own trailer at least once a month - we know what’s correct and incorrect. They wanted to have the chains dangling and dragging on the road, and they failed to connect the emergency brake. One man was incredibly rude. Horrible location and experience.
