This was the best experience I ever had at a uhaul rental. I had trouble with the internet and they took time to help me. I highly recommend using this location.

Owner tried to say my rental was two days late when I rented less than 3 hours ok
TARAN CFour Things: 1) Staff was excellent. With the issue we had on the pick up of the truck, and the drop off, the two people we dealt with were awesome. 2) I have questioned the mileage of the trip - it seems excessive - and I have yet to get a response when I sent an email. 3) The mileage of the rental seams high. I am not sure if it is accurate. I have sent an email to U-haul and have yet to get a response. When we picked up Truck #1 there was an issue with it and we returned it for Truck #2. Was the mileage correct on Truck #2 when we picked it up? Was there somehow a confusion with the trucks? Again - I am waiting for a response. 4) The 1st Truck was leaking what we believe was anti-freeze/coolant into the cab - we noticed it as we were driving away. Is that a normal thing for U-Haul trucks? We returned it almost immediately and got truck #2. And a bonus issue: On the "Use our contact form" link on this page, it brings me to a page where I can chat, locate a store, request a callback or give U-Haul a call. The "Email Us" provides options for propane, boxes, trucks for sale, etc, etc - but no email for a general inquiry like I am providing on this form. Taci AThe problem is not the location, but U-Haul itself. It took a very long time to get our licenses uploaded to the UHaul app, which is a bit wonky. The clerk ended up getting involved and had the same issues. Also by mistake, we over-filled the gas tank to full when it was less than full when we rented, but didn't get reimbursed. We turned the truck in a day early and again, did not get reimbursed.
SUSAN PThey were very dismissive and rude. They made a mistake with the mileage and blamed it all on me so instead of paying for my 40 miles they said went over 200 miles round trip in less than 3 hours! SO I HAD TO PAY 200 dollars! Such a waste of time and money for a piece of shit U-Haul vehicle. Not happy at all!
