Leslie WThis was my first time renting a u- haul and it was terrible to say the least!! It was all done online which is not a bad thing however mistakes can be make, honest mistakes and that's what happened here and cost my friend over $1000.00. The manager i spoke with kept talking over me!! My friend who paid for this was only given back $381.00 even though the truck was returned on time .
