Came to return the vehicle before 930 so I wouldn’t be charged and I brought it back 845. Guy was sitting outside of counter check in unprofessional and I gave him my key I asked about if that’s all is needed. He said yes I checked the app it said I still had it checked out he told me it would be like that till he checks it out. He didn’t check my time out till 9:44 which gave me a $20 fee. Very unprofessional
Elexus GLocation was great and the people were nice. The truck needed some love though - knobs were broken on the AC control so it was either blasting or nothing, the entire time I was driving it showed many alarms including that the brake was engaged (even though I would put the emergency brake on and then fully release it. The dash had contact reminders to service brakes, stability, etc. But other than that, it drove fine and it got me where I needed to go

patrick sFirst off -- I declined the SafeMove coverage, and yet there it is on my receipt. If you're not going to let customers decline, don't give us the option if you're going to charge us anyway. That's ridiculous. I want a refund. Second, the fuel amount was EXACTLY where it was when I picked up the truck. That's utter bullshit Third: The truck interior was FILTHY. I was only able to upload one picture on your app, but there the floor, center console, and seats had a sticky film and there was hair stuck to the floor, dash, and seats EVERYWHERE. Plus someone else's trash already littering the floor of the cab. Terrible experience, terrible upkeep, and you guys scammed me out of over $50 with bullshit charges that I didn't agree to, plus lied about fuel charges. 0 stars if possible, will never use this location again.
