Turned my keys in on time, but the employee didn't check my truck in until later, which caused me to be charged for an extra rental day. They also somehow changed my insurance from the cheaper option to the more expensive one.

This was the easiest rental I have ever done. I made my reservation on line at 2:00 am and arrived at the store at 8:00 am and presented my ID and credit card and off I went after the clerk gave me the needed information. I returned to the store by 3:30 and handed the clerk the keys. My receipt for payment was in my email by the time I got home. I will always try their store if I need to rent!
