The place to park was not clean. Had large debris. Talked to no one. Had to call uhaul for my extra $100 they charged for the cash app card i used. The lady was #1 but the refund still hasn't come. It says pending?

This was my first time renting a u- haul and it was terrible to say the least!! It was all done online which is not a bad thing however mistakes can be make, honest mistakes and that's what happened here and cost my friend over $1000.00. The manager i spoke with kept talking over me!! My friend who paid for this was only given back $381.00 even though the truck was returned on time .
