This is a gas station with one employee . I had to wait a few minutes for the employee to turn on his laptop at pickup and drop-off. I was forced to use this location because the uhaul location that was much closer to my house could not meet my reservation even though I placed that reservation 2 weeks prior. This was the bad part. I had to drive another 8 miles ($1.79 a mile) each way to pickup and drop-off. I understand having to juggle equipment, but even though I made the reservation 2 weeks in advance I had to be inconvenienced. This has nothing to do with the location I had to get the truck at. Dynamic pricing because it's a Saturday and a poor reservation system, I'll take my business elsewhere next time
James FHad a great experience however the person who used the vehicle before me did not fold up the blankets and left a few small things in the cargo space. The blankets were just stuffed in the front of the truck and some thrown in the back. Other than that I had a great experience and when I called customer support was very helpful.

Edward MThe night before my rental, U-Haul called me saying I had to pick up truck at a different location. This was totally inconvenient and about 40 mins from my home. I never would have picked this location as my original choice was right in my neighborhood. The truck was less than a 1/4 tank full which was a pain. The guy working there opened some raggedy shed to get my blankets I rented. The door to the shed fell off when he opened it and the blankets were all dirty and had grass clippings all over them.
