The night before my rental, U-Haul called me saying I had to pick up truck at a different location. This was totally inconvenient and about 40 mins from my home. I never would have picked this location as my original choice was right in my neighborhood. The truck was less than a 1/4 tank full which was a pain. The guy working there opened some raggedy shed to get my blankets I rented. The door to the shed fell off when he opened it and the blankets were all dirty and had grass clippings all over them.
