I had some technical issues with the UHaul App when trying to adjust my order/create a new reservation. Specifically, the App froze when I was making the reservation when prompted as to whether or not I wanted unloading help at the destination. I did not. However, the Uhaul App would not let me decline this service; that button wouldn't work. Because this location was close to my house, I went home and tried the app on my home WiFi with the same result. I was able to finally make the reservation in the browser version as opposed to the App. I still used the App for picking up the vehicle.

The drop off location was closed for the weekend so I dropped it off early to avoid a coming snowstorm. I called the phone number on the paperwork and left a message. I returned later to drop-off the key when they opened. They mentioned something about checking in online but I must have missed that. I only had my cell phone to work off of and the print was terribly small , that's why I choose the in person rental option.

We want to thank the help we got from Pat and Jake's. When we arrived to pick up the Uhaul we had tons of trouble with the app. We called and the lady came in early so we could pick up the rental. However, we are very frustrated with the functionality of the app and the fact that we had to wait over an hour to get the vehicle. We only went to this location with the understanding someone would be there in the morning. There's some miscommunication between UHaul and Pat and Jakes.

Did not have the dolly that I was going to be paying for. But was refund the money.
