Unlike the pick-up location, the drop off was great. The minute I walked in the door, the man knew my name and what I was there for. He offered me something to drink and asked me to wait one moment while he was dealing with another person on-line. When he finished with the person he was dealing with, he again asked me if I wanted a drink. He then asked me a few questions about the truck and if there had been any mechanical issues with it. He went and checked the odometer and came back inside and finished the paperwork. I was in and out in about 10 minutes and the experience was great.
