I am a very frequent Uhaul customer and can recommend Patriot Uhaul over any other location. I have used many other locations and assure you won't be sorry you went to Patriot.
Javier CThe management at this location was less than helpful. The ap was not working correctly. The lady told me you need to take 4 photos and upload them, without even asking if I need assistance. After a quick hook up, and caution to be careful unhooking the trailer because the hitch cables are frayed, she said if you need help, let me know. Her and the man, who was useless, quickly went back inside. When the ap went into a spin mode, I went back inside and showed her. She told me, well as long as you uploaded the phots it will be fine. I said I do not see where they uploaded. She then told me like I should already know ''well you won't see them, they just show on the U-Haul side''. The trailer was beat up. Besides the frayed cables, there were scrapes, dents, and other damage that was not marked by the usual x dots I am used to seeing on U-Haul equipment. I know it was a cold winter morning, and they are busy however the customer should receive service. This was sub-par from the customer service I am used to seeing at U-Haul.

RICHARD KI didn’t realise it until my friend mentioned that the motor, or maybe transmission, is knocking. I thought it was a diesel until I went to fill up and it was gas. Maybe look into the motor?

STEVEN LSuggest the 'Haul Share' program. I used this program for the first time with 'Instruction Texts' from U-Haul, resulting in a successful transfer and a sizable credit. Definitely suggest the Insurance Program, which was very reasonable!!

GARY JThe truck operated very well. I rented a furniture dolly & the wheels were not in good shape, made it very difficult to move everythings around. I was not made aware that there was furniture pads already available in the truck, if needed, so I rented some more unnecessarily. The folks helping checkout were very friendly.
