Samuel MI was not told to call U-Haul if we had trouble. We had two blow outs! Had to buy two new tires and rims. U-Haul won’t reimburse me. That’s bullshit. I saved my receipts. This is a major deficit. It cost me almost 500 dollars on top of my rental fees! And I read the entire contract was emailed to me. No where does it saw to call U-Haul.
Sara GU-HAUL, If I could rate Diana & Team an excellent+++++, I would (your rating scale is simply too low for her). She went above and beyond to help me, help someone else! Initially, there were no vehicles available ... she searched long and hard to find a vehicle (a little large for me [I was grateful]) and then, she continued to persevere until she located/identified/secured the perfect vehicle for my needs. Every time I am there, she does the same thing for every customer that enters the facility ... she gives them her all. Diana & Team are a blessing to our local community.
