TROY YFirst off I’d like to say I’ve never had an issue with U-Haul until this location. I made a reservation for a 26ft truck for Monday expecting a rate of 79cents per mile. The representative at the store said I could get the keys on the Saturday before, however when I went to get the keys I was told I would have to pay for the whole weekend even though I was not going to be using the truck. The store rep told me i had to pay for the whole weekend which changed the cent per mile to 99 because they couldn’t guarantee the truck would still be there, however the store closed at noon on Saturday and is closed on Sunday so how someone could take the truck I reserved makes no logical sense. Then I am told the rate went up to $1.09 per mile, pretty convenient that the price goes up before I drive 3 hours. I’m very displeased that this store essentially charged me for 3 days and I didn’t use the equipment for 2 of those days.
