U-HAUL, If I could rate Diana & Team an excellent+++++, I would (your rating scale is simply too low for her). She went above and beyond to help me, help someone else! Initially, there were no vehicles available ... she searched long and hard to find a vehicle (a little large for me [I was grateful]) and then, she continued to persevere until she located/identified/secured the perfect vehicle for my needs. Every time I am there, she does the same thing for every customer that enters the facility ... she gives them her all. Diana & Team are a blessing to our local community. I placed the order online, paying for a dolly, and nothing else—no pads. When I got there, the woman was very short with me saying “no dolly here, you’ll have to go to Home Depot.” Then, she had my order all messed up, saying I didn’t book a dolly and reserved 34 blankets? I have no idea what she was looking at but she was very rude. She then proceeded to tell me that the truck had just been brought back from the shop. When we opened the gate, surprise, a dolly was inside but it smelled like cat urine in the back. It was terrible.
