They over charged me for mileage by 400 miles. The location also opens the trucks up to for unhoused people to sleep in at night and it feels very uncomfortable to drop off after hours.

CRYSTAL WRented truck 2 days in a row. But bc I didn’t refill the 1 gallon of gas that I used they charged me 40 extra dollars for both days. So I paid 180 dollars for 5 hours and 2 gallons of gas. Scammers idc idc idc

ROBERT TMobile check in experience was awful. Your app doesn't work to scan the back of driver's license and the process took way too long. Your pricing should be more transparent; you advertise $19.99 for in town, and then after fees, a 21 mile rental was $60+.
JEFFREY KTruck was not left for us in the condition it should have been We spent an additional hr cleaning and drying out the truck The windows on drivers side were left open and the back door to the truck was left open and we had to dry it out with towels Additionally there were cigarette butts and a syringe I dont understand the charge of 166.84 and an additional charge of 22.37 I appreciate the signage and requirement for cleaning the truck before returning however, I do not understand the fact that we were given a rental in that condition
Vincent HBe prepared, have your Driver’s License and the credit card you made the reservation with. It all has to match the online reservation made online!!! She told us about people stealing trucks, sad but true, she has to do her job. Me and my husband had no issues and will pick up here again.

ROBERT WI’ve rented from Uhaul MANY times, and this was the worst return experience I’ve ever had. The staff member wanted me to turn my vehicle around in a very small area, and back the trailer into a very tight spot. In my view doing so would be very risky for the equipment, and my vehicle. But the staff member refused to help move the trailer by hand into the space. So I dropped the trailer, rolled it the best I could toward the space. But the staff member started yelling at me, saying it wasn’t like he wanted. He then refused to give me a receipt and said I had to return somewhere else. I recommend not allowing trailers to be returned to this location because it lacks staff to handle the return. It’s unreasonable to expect the customer to handle the trailer alone.

RICHARD BThis whole experience was awful. They gave me a replacement truck in a different area I reserved. It was 12 miles north when I was traveling south. It took 45 minutes to orange park. Than they actually charged me for going over 31 miles!!! After they gave me a replacement truck farther away. I never would have agreed to this but the person on the phone did not accurately convey the situation to me

ralph mThe truck was fine though the truck requiered constant micro-adjustments to stay straight and it wasn't windy. The staff were fine at pick up, though the furniture pads and doll were not in the truck when I picked it up. I had to move them myself. Not a big deal, but I thought they were meant to be in the truck ready for the customer. The truck was also only half full, which made it a little tricky at drop off tog etc it to the same fuel level. I overfilled a little, so u-haul got a couple of extra $s from me there. At drop off, they asked me to move the furinture pads for them inside, not a big deal but I thought I was meant to leave them in the truck and the u-haul location sort it for their customer. They also wanted me to reverse the truck right to a 6 foot vertical drop off, which felt unsafe for a customer as it would have very easily gone backwards off the cedge and damaged the truck. I stated my frustration, that this wasn't easy for the customer. The first person, an older man, made a motion as if moving his hand away from his mouth. I don't know what that means but it certainly didn't feel friendly or professional. I said I would park it though. I guess I was taking too long with the self checkout and the owner requested I give her the keys. Then passing me on the way back in, she made a comment to her colleague quite loudly that 'even I a women could back it up, it's not a big deal' which was unnecessary, unprofessional, ungriendly, and demeaning to women. It's a shame, I've had good experiences at other u-hauls. I won't go back to this location, and it will cause me to have a second thought when thinking about using u-hauls again.
