When I got there to pick up the trailer, there was no one from U-Haul available as they were all out of the office so I had to do everything over the phone which that was very pleasant. Phil was very helpful. He was able to do my contract with me over the phone and help me figure out what attachment I needed to hook up the lights to my vehicle in the trailer
