Again your app failed miserably
Dawn DEasy drop off location and process. The whole experience was easy and fast. Would recommend and will certainly do again when needed.
Mark JThere was no check in procedure. No one checked on the condition of the truck or the mileage. We dropped off the truck a day early, but the contract wasn't closed out until the next day several hours after the deadline we had for checking in. We called U-Haul customer support before we left the parking lot to report our uneasiness that the there didn't seem to be a check in procedure. They were supposed to call us back after they contacted the facility and no one called us back. We ended up calling one or two more times to get the matter resolved. U-Haul says they have 72 hours to resolve the issue. We considered to finding another truck rental company to use to move the rest of our stuff.

DONALD KCommunicate better. Make more trucks available. I needed a truck in Conway, AR. First I was told I would need to use a different location in Conway. No problem. Then I was told I would need to drive down to Maumelle and pick it up (about 20 minutes south). Then when my parents went to pick it up, there was actually no truck available and we had to go all the way to Wooster (about 20 minutes north). Then we couldn’t find the key lock box — it was across the street and down two buildings.

Brazos RThey were always very nice and they worked with me when I was going through hard times and going to be late. However, the building I rented was leaking in the ceiling, and the moisture caused damage to a lot of my belongings... Clothes, appliances, shoes, and beds were all ruined... They are always full up so I couldn't transfer to another one at that facility. So I decided to just move to one in Conway, close to my home.

patty mThis is MUCH more than a place to store your items. The Pattons are like the Worlds greatest neighbors. My wife and I first met them when we turned in a Uhaul after moving here. Jennifer and her brother did not just perform the transaction they took the time to get to know us. Later we asked if I could park my Semi on their property on the weekends. They went way out of their way to accommodate me. Their father watched over it like a hawk. He taught me a lot through casual conversation, and he had his beautiful trees trimmed up so I could more easily park. You are blessed to met these people. Cannot say enough good things. Lois MOnly human on site was Amos, who was welding on a big rig used for hauling chickens. Office was closed (3:00 PM on a Friday) , rental trailers and trucks were parked in a nearby storage facility. Amos told me he was quitting and this was his last day. And he didn't know anything about U hauls. I asked him where I should drop the trailer. He said right where I was would be fine. So I dropped it under an oak tree in front of where Amos was welding away. No one checked in or inspected the trailer. So I drove away, hoping the clock had stopped ticking on my rental days. Felt real uneasy about the Wooster location. But Amos seemed cool.

Claude HI called Uhaul and they found this location for me. When I arrived they didn't know I was coming with the returns and no one was at the location. I did speak with a lady on the phone and she did give me directions on the drop off and was very nice and professional.

randy mA u-haul drop box. A person to receive said rental. Dropping an expensive rental on an otherwise empty and unsecured lot doesn't give a customer a good feeling. Not to mention potential liabilities.
