Great service and thank you
ALBERT CI received a text the morning before pick up to tell me my pick up location was changed and I would receive a phone call by 5pm. I never received a phone call so when I went to pick up the truck it took an additional 20 minutes to call and get checked in. On top of that my two dozen blankets I requested were not in the truck. The location was closed and since my pickup was changed. I reached out to customer service for help and their only solution was to drive to an opened location to get blankets. In theory that would have been fine if my location wasn’t changed to 25 minutes away from my house, and I didn’t have to wait on the phone for 20 min to check in. Time was limited since my moving help was planned to show up and I could not get the blankets I needed for the move.
