Dropped off rental. Person wasn’t able to provide receipt. Received my receipt and was charged extra day when I returned the rental on time. I was only able to get a refund by phoning Uhal head office.

Very slow... lack of training and extra long wait times. Computer wouldn't connect...multiple phone calls to the help desk. I came here because it was 5mins from where I live but usually rent fro. Princess st location.where it is organized and get you in loaded and on your way.
