I would recommend this station for people who are sophisticated with use of phones for internet. This unmanned station is not clearly marked as a rental but only a "return" station, and other signage was not great . The app worked fine, but the experience felt more like an escape room than a rental unit, probably my lack of experience.

No one is manning this location. No one is here to help. I had to call corporate scheduler to check out. Wasted 30 minutes of my time. Someone else came to pick up and they also had the same issue. Wtf
