The location is at a derelict house in the middle of nowhere. The location is unmanned, requiring the use of the U-haul app. Because cell service is so poor there, the app would not work properly. The wrong key lockbox was provided to me so I had to clear it up with several phone calls to the number in my order confirmation email. It was a very frustrating experience.

Customer service on line was terrible
HUGO RSo this location had 2 vehicles, the truck I reserved and a van. The truck was parked at an accessible location The van however was parked in gravel and the customer who had it reserved could not get the van out of the gravel.
BRIAN GThe location is a U-Haul key lock and drop box attached to a random residential home, not a hardware/home improvement store that U-Haul customer service believes it is. The pick up is 100% self-service through the U-Haul app, although it did not give me the code to the lock box and suggested I go into the random house to pick up the keys. I had to call customer service to get the code for the lock box to retrieve the keys.
Marshall LThere is not person to talk to, the phone number for this location is not answered by any one. Truck fan/air blower is broken, very inconvenient using the mobile app to pick up the truck, overall it is horribly managed.
