Do not park the vehicles so close to the wooded side of the lot. That would make it easier for renter to take the required photos of the vehicle.

Place was swarming with gnats on a hot day and we didn't anticipate faceless pick up. The lock box was difficult to open.
Tim GThe location is at a derelict house in the middle of nowhere. The location is unmanned, requiring the use of the U-haul app. Because cell service is so poor there, the app would not work properly. The wrong key lockbox was provided to me so I had to clear it up with several phone calls to the number in my order confirmation email. It was a very frustrating experience.

HUGO RSo this location had 2 vehicles, the truck I reserved and a van. The truck was parked at an accessible location The van however was parked in gravel and the customer who had it reserved could not get the van out of the gravel.
