I had difficulties with the mobile app for starting my reservation; thankfully, the staff at PDE were available to help. They worked diligently to rectify the issue and provided ample assurance and alternatives to ensure I was able to access and return my rental without additional charges. They went above and beyond, and despite the technical challenges (malfunction in the app), it was a positive experience because of the staff.

I had to clean it for using and returned clean. Moreover, fuel was slightly less than full but I returned with complete tank. Despite driving 16 miles I had to put in 10 gallons!
