Your mobile App is HORRIBLE. It did not work. I tried for half an hour to get it to correctly locate me (i was in the right place, i've lived nearby for 20 years), would not scan my license. The help person on the phone was very nice but she was working with abolute shit software (I write software for a living, I know shit when I see it). I had to wait a full hour until the store opened. From then on, all very good. The woman there was gracious, apologetic, and very helpful. your app sucks. Fix it.

The ramp is broken, it pulls completely off the truck. It fell on two family members when it was being pulled out for the first use. Thankfully nothing was broken, but but had pain for a few days.

I rated this location low and would not recommend this location to anyone due to the lack of respect shown to me by the employee. I am unsure her name as she never greeted me nor provided her name. My U-haul rental was a last minute rental and the woman seemed completely irritated that I was there. I understand it was towards the end of the hours of operation and it may have been a long day for the woman. However, she was rude throughout the entire experience. I will avoid this location if I need to use U-Haul services in the future.

No assistance or help in hooking the trailer up. They came out and took a picture after I backed up and hooked it up myself. Usually at least a uhaul person helps me back up to the trailer to get the ball aligned.

You put a lot of emphasis on returning the truck with the same amount of gas as was in it when picked up. My truck was at 3/8 of a tank. I returned it at 1/2 full. Don't you owe me a refund of 1/8 of a tank, especially considering the size of the tank?

Offer wifi when having a customer pick up using mobile pick up and return because it took 36 minutes to retrieve the key for the truck rental because I was busy walking around your lot looking for service. Never again will I use mobile Pick up, I’ll just go to Home Depot instead

The U Haul office is located inside the Peace Frog shop and has a delightful "chill" vibe. Nothing seemed urgent or stressful and everything went smoothly. The location is perfect and I would recommend them and use them any time.

This van was not clean in my opinion but maybe for the use of moving it was deemed acceptable. Regarding UHaul...this was NOT my first location for pick up and the correct location was where I was supposed to get a truck. Due to the lower height on the van I had to make more trips due to taller furniture pieces and was charged alot more mileage as a result. PLUS the final location of pick up (Peace Frogs) had 3 moving vans 10', 15' and 26, parked the entire weekend. Why would I not be permitted to rent one of them when I asked multiple times? Very poor customer service on the UHaul End, NOT Peace Frogs.

The u haul we rental was dirt in the cab and the back. Plus the outside the truck look like it not be washed in a long time . I have rental uhaul in the past and never never saw a dirt truck like this one was. I have picture of how dirt the inside or the cab and back was. It's no sense of this truck been dirt.

Overall the van was clean except the window was dirty and there was no windshield fluid. I had to drive to a gas station to clean the windshield.

Be honest in your price. I called and explained what I needed and asked the price. For a 5x9 trailer one what are you doing today for 24 hrs I was told it would be 25.00. I sent my son to pick up the trailer and pay for it with my credit card I was charged 277.00. That’s not honesty at all. I was lied to by the people there and uhaul should make it right. The folks at Jc hardware in Pineville wv. Tried to help me to reduce this but couldn’t. You’re liars and dishonest. I’ve rented several times from uhaul. I will never again unless forced under extreme circumstances. You should be ashamed.

Uhaul person Michelle does not know fractions properly and its always in the back favor of them when it comes to gas. Check it in at 1/4 she puts ,125 an 1/8. Take out truck at 1/4 she says it was 3/8 which was our gas from day 2 of rental when we changed payment choices now we have to wait a few days for a district manager to refund her mistakes. No recommendation from us would be good. You can not have a person doing uhaul rentals and not know there fractions. I can only imagine how many people just didnt care but when i make a point to perfectly leave gas how i found it, im disappointed.

Trailer had trash in it that I had to clean out, staff gave no direction for connecting trailer and didn't check it so trailer came off when I was driving down the road after I loaded it up. Would not recommend! Will be calling Uhaul to follow up!

The pick up location left the appliance dolly out of the truck. They were closed when I picked up the van. This caused me to have to go back and get the dolly the next day, it cost me extra time and mileage.

I was taken all over Gloucester county to get a truck that wasn’t the size I had reserved. I’ll never use uhaul again. Management should be ashamed of themselves.

I reserved my pickup in Yorktown Va, And the day before it was changed to Portsmouth, Va. (VERY inconvenient and costly). The next closest place was Gloucester VA. , and it was still costly but more convenient. I was given extra miles, but I had to spend more money in gas. It was also difficult to get people on the phone half the time.. The person at the drop off location said the same thing regarding getting someone on the phone… The truck worked perfectly , but scheduling and customer service was lacking in a big way!
