Tank was full, cab was clean only ooops was the tire pressure was a tad low.

All the windows were very dirty inside and outside. The inside of the cab was dusty and the floor mats were dirty and the passenger side floor mat had something sticky on it. I had to clean the windows, wipe down the dash and vacuum out the floor boards. When I returned the vehicle they never came out to check the condition of the vehicle. So not sure who’s responsible for vehicles to be clean and ready but I shouldn’t have to take my time to clean the vehicle for me to be able to drive it. I should only have to clean what mess I make.
John BThe Peace Frogs location was easy to find and easy to work with. However, a couple of times the UHaul app wouldn't let me continue and I just had to go on with the rental. You need to let user bypass and put stuff in manually and not cause user delays. People who are renting trucks have a mission and can't spend 30 minutes messing with an app.
Park JThe truck check engine light was on when we turned it on. No one explained that I would be charged PER MILE. No one did a walk around with me to check out the truck. It was given to us with UNDER a half a tank of gas- No one checked the mileage before we drove it off the lot. We were just told where it was was and given the key.
