A simple note, memo, any signage that one can think of to inform customers where the key drop-off box is located would be great. I returned the truck during hours of low visibility and could not find the drop-off box. I had to come back in the morning and physically hand them to an employee, which was a waste of my time and gas.

April MInterior of the truck needed to be swept out. I should not have had to drive the U-haul around the building, look for the correct tow dolly and hook it up myself. The Trailor and tow dolly should have been attached and ready to go when I arrived.
