Was supposed to tow a tow dolly to Charlotte for U-Haul for a discount however dolly did not have a license plate so had to leave it. Took an hour to get that straightened out. To add to that the dolly contract was not entered correctly so pick up location had to track down area manager. Took way too long. No fault of the pick up location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkI was unable to obtain a reservation for the equipment on your website as a Cargo Van showed as "equipment not available" at Peace Frogs and other local UHaul location. This necessitated an additional trip to the location just to make a reservation. Otherwise, the service, experience and equipment were completely satisfactory.
