The ramp is broken, it pulls completely off the truck. It fell on two family members when it was being pulled out for the first use. Thankfully nothing was broken, but but had pain for a few days.

I rated this location low and would not recommend this location to anyone due to the lack of respect shown to me by the employee. I am unsure her name as she never greeted me nor provided her name. My U-haul rental was a last minute rental and the woman seemed completely irritated that I was there. I understand it was towards the end of the hours of operation and it may have been a long day for the woman. However, she was rude throughout the entire experience. I will avoid this location if I need to use U-Haul services in the future.

Richard N.No assistance or help in hooking the trailer up. They came out and took a picture after I backed up and hooked it up myself. Usually at least a uhaul person helps me back up to the trailer to get the ball aligned.
