The Peace Frogs location was easy to find and easy to work with. However, a couple of times the UHaul app wouldn't let me continue and I just had to go on with the rental. You need to let user bypass and put stuff in manually and not cause user delays. People who are renting trucks have a mission and can't spend 30 minutes messing with an app.

The truck check engine light was on when we turned it on. No one explained that I would be charged PER MILE. No one did a walk around with me to check out the truck. It was given to us with UNDER a half a tank of gas- No one checked the mileage before we drove it off the lot. We were just told where it was was and given the key.
Jodi GI have rented U-Hauls from this location several times in the past, so I was familiar with this location upon dropping an out of the area unit I had rented for a one-way trip bringing my daughter home from college.
Kevin SWhen I picked up the trailer, it was missing the required wiring to connect to the truck. Another trailer next to it had the wire I needed, but upon inspection the trailer had multiple lights that were not working correctly. Had it not been essential, I would have denied the trailer, but there were no other options in the area available.
Chad PTraffic needs to make 2 vans available in Gloucester County instead of making us travel 25 miles away taking 2 people out of their delivery position on the day the cargo vans are needed.
