I was unable to obtain a reservation for the equipment on your website as a Cargo Van showed as "equipment not available" at Peace Frogs and other local UHaul location. This necessitated an additional trip to the location just to make a reservation. Otherwise, the service, experience and equipment were completely satisfactory.

Steve GPlease see my file and where the trailer was already checked in before I actually returned it. This cost me, the customer, at least an hour of my time in the midst of moving, etc to help resolve the issue. Very frustrating.
