This was the best uHaul location that I have ever utilized--and THAT's saying something since I am old and move myself and other what seems like semi-annually over the past 15 years. The people were very friendly, gave efficient and effective service that was flexible when I ran into issues that were my fault.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWas supposed to tow a tow dolly to Charlotte for U-Haul for a discount however dolly did not have a license plate so had to leave it. Took an hour to get that straightened out. To add to that the dolly contract was not entered correctly so pick up location had to track down area manager. Took way too long. No fault of the pick up location.
THOMAS SI was unable to obtain a reservation for the equipment on your website as a Cargo Van showed as "equipment not available" at Peace Frogs and other local UHaul location. This necessitated an additional trip to the location just to make a reservation. Otherwise, the service, experience and equipment were completely satisfactory.

Steve GPlease see my file and where the trailer was already checked in before I actually returned it. This cost me, the customer, at least an hour of my time in the midst of moving, etc to help resolve the issue. Very frustrating.
