The parking area is unviewable from the road. Had to pull over and ask for better guidance on where to leave the truck and then there was no room to park it regularly. I had to park it along the front of other traers.Sean L.

Update the original drop off location. It doesn't exist and caused a lot of problems and wasted time and difficulty on a Sunday morning. The original drop off location was 5 miles away from the Peacock Station. A chevron station that said it happens all the time.Patrick R.

picked up truck on Sunday morning. It smelled of wet dog and urine! we had no other choice but to take the truck because of the planned move. Checked a second truck on the property and it was even worse. How can you rent equipment in that condition?James M.
This location is basically untended. A single, overworked clerk in the convenience store. Have to park and unload yourself, and this trailer was too heavy for me to do that. I had to do a Harry Houdini by disconnecting the hitch from the receiver on my truck and drive out from under the hitch. Took about 30 minutes to drop off.Paul W.

Drop off was a seven eleven type of store. The lady at the counter was busy with customers and didn't have time to help me. I was just told to park the trailer and that was it. I parked the trailer, unhooked it andI came back to see if there was paperwork to complete and she told me I was done. Sure enough I received a call from Uhaul a few days later asking if I wanted to extend my contract at which time I told them I had dropped off the trailer two days earlier. The lady on the phone was nice and said it would be taken care of . Recommend that personnel be trained on how to receive equipment when it is returned.Douglas J.
the pickup location was the fourth location that I was sent to looking for a tow dolly, plus it is in the next state. The dolly blew outa tire 200 miles into the trip and I spent two hours waiting for a service truck. the dolly was missing rubber retainers for the safety chains and the right tail light was broken.Glenwood P.

I rented a tow dolly. I didn't make a reservation online I just went to the store to rent it. The owner was very helpful. He helped us attach the dolly to the truck and even gave his personal cell phone number in case there were any issues with the equipmentKRISTAL O.

The gentleman at Covington helped resolve a situation that I have been trying to deal with since eight that morning. He was helpful accommodating and made me want to go back to U-Haul. I understand that trying to pick up on Sunday can be difficult but it was a fiasco trying to deal with them at Mandeville location. If the trucks are kept elsewhere they should send you to the location where they're actually held and maybe it might've worked a little easier.Mary E.
