The place was very dirty and if I wanted to work for U-Haul, then I would put in a job application. I do not want to self check out a truck ever again. The location that we dropped off in Mississippi had someone there to help.

Cannot think of anything U-Haul could do differently to make renting their trucks any better. The locations were perfect, the help were very helpful and courteous, the price was reasonable, and the notifications were more than adequate. I loved being able to gas up at the drop-off site! John GNot well lit to drop off truck at night. Answered no personnel because we did not see a person. It was after hours. I would not recommend at night or after closing due to not enough lighting.
