Cannot think of anything U-Haul could do differently to make renting their trucks any better. The locations were perfect, the help were very helpful and courteous, the price was reasonable, and the notifications were more than adequate. I loved being able to gas up at the drop-off site! Thanks U-Haul.

There wasn’t any personnel experience at drop off location. Becnel was great to pickup from- great guy!
John GNot well lit to drop off truck at night. Answered no personnel because we did not see a person. It was after hours. I would not recommend at night or after closing due to not enough lighting.

Dennis MThe only thing I have to is please make the process for renting a truck MORE EASIER! Also, give more information & access to the people who work at these locations the trucks are being parked at. Because they don't know as much as they should which ends up making everybody frustrated. People who are moving are already under pressure & stressed out, renting a moving truck should not be one of them.
