The truck was filthy. Dog hair everywhere in the cab and the back of the truck as well. I reached out to customer service and sent photos. The pickup was awful as well. The mailbox’s with the keys on the fence- I’m too short to see to put the code in and had to ask 2 different people that drove up to go into the gas station to help me put the code into the lock. I won’t be back.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe place was very dirty and if I wanted to work for U-Haul, then I would put in a job application. I do not want to self check out a truck ever again. The location that we dropped off in Mississippi had someone there to help.

John GNot well lit to drop off truck at night. Answered no personnel because we did not see a person. It was after hours. I would not recommend at night or after closing due to not enough lighting.
