The only thing I have to is please make the process for renting a truck MORE EASIER! Also, give more information & access to the people who work at these locations the trucks are being parked at. Because they don't know as much as they should which ends up making everybody frustrated. People who are moving are already under pressure & stressed out, renting a moving truck should not be one of them.

No place to drop off Key and staff inside did not know or want to help. After I spent 30 mins looking for drop box the staff went ask the manager. The box was hit and not there to drop off key. Staff needs to be informed and more helpful.
NATALIE AI did not find that it was thoroughly on the inside of the truck, but the back where I put everything was very clean.
Tina MPicking up a U-Haul truck via the mobile app is horrible. Had to search for 10 minutes just to find where the key box was located. The app refused to accept any of the pictures of the truck that was requested. This location is ok if you don’t have to use mobile check in, but not recommended if you do.
