When we checked in we were told to back it into a slot, unhook and leave and they would send us an email. Still don't have that email other than this survey request email.

— Made a reservation and purchase of materials for a pick up location. — when the location changed, none of the notifications called attention to the change, i.e. ATTENTION - LOCATION CHANGE. This would be appropriate. — instead. I received a text that appeared to be a confirmation of pickup. — The morning of, I realize that I had to go to a different location and then also, that location did not have packing materials and blankets and had to go to a different location for those items. — The situation caused me to drive appropriately 30 miles out of my way and I was not able to meet movers on time. — I was then issued a VIP voucher that I tried to use for some additional mattress cover bags at the turn in location, only to be told I could not use the voucher for those items at their location. — Worst customer experience I have dealt with, ever. IMPROVEMENT— pretend any communication to the customer that involves changes to a location and items available at a location with a banner, or something to call attention to the change. I.E. ATTENTION, LOCATION CHANGE.

Customer service at this location was OUTSTANDING. I was having issues with the U-Haul app and before they were open, a gentleman came out to help me and he completed the transaction for me. When I dropped the truck off later that night, he stopped what he was doing to direct me where to park and then took care of everything while I called in a take-out order. Quick, easy, courteous and professional service. I usually use Budget (as i am not charged mileage), but my U-Haul experience (first in a long time) made up for the mileage expense.

There was no one there at the location when we took the truck back on a Saturday afternoon, during regular business hours. The door was open, there were people at the gym, but no employees. I just left the keys on the counter with a note and left. There was also another woman there looking for an employee in order to return her trailer. Maybe the guy was in the bathroom... who knows.

Returned trailer 5 PM Monday and was told they would close out contract.. I called UHaul twice Tuesday afternoon since trailer return confirmation was not received. Finally received confirmation late Tuesday.

The poor owner of Peak Fitness got there quickly and was able to assist me and do anything he could to help. He also was experiencing an overwhelming amount of random drop-offs at this location but was pleased to be of service. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.

This was not my preferred pickup location. The guy was twenty minutes late opening his business. Then the truck was buried behind others and I had to wait for him to shuffle trucks around. I asked for a hand truck and moving pads but got neither. Poor representative for U-Haul.

The pickup sheet indicated a full tank of gas and it was not. Didn't notice until after I left, not worth driving back. The pull out ramp was very dirty, had to be cleaned before I could use it. No furniture pads available.

After a rocky start to drop off my auto trailer, it ended up being a great experience!

Had to clean the snow off the truck with my hands as it was covered from hood to top of windshield. At some point the truck was left open and the interior was covered in water. Had to get a shirt from my duffel bag to dry off. had to walk through six inches of water to get to the truck...…….

The area to drop-off equipment was very dark and not lit. It was also very muddy. I really don't think these surveys matter to uhaul since I was told I would be contacted about a leaking trailer I rented several weeks ago and I haven't heard from anyone.

You should CLEAN YOUR RENTAL VANS before being rented. Seems like a standard don't you think? We had to sweep and mop the van rental before using it, unacceptable.

The truck was longer than ordered and which made the 1800 mile trip rougher because of pulling a car carrier, increase gas mileage and it was out of alignment.

No words to express how rude dude was. We had a 6x12 trailer and he grumbled that they didn’t accept those there. No mention of that when we made the reservation online. Said he was doing us a favor by letting us drop off there. Plus no help with unhitching the trailer even though it was a fitness business. He was very obnoxious and obviously not a happy person.

I liked the place. The truck wasn’t very clean but the owner was nice. It was super quick to do the papers, it was my fastest experience with uhaul. I would go back.

Peak fairness was great but Uhaul’s organizational skills aren’t working. I had to call and complain three times before my issues were resolved. Each time I got different information from each person. It is stressful when you depend on a Uhaul to move and the logistics and coordination are always wrong. Taking time to fix this takes time from packing and moving. Will be using Penske from now on.

Make sure that the people who use the truck don't smoke and leave a hidden pack of cigarettes. The truck smelled like smoke when I got it. This is not the fault of the person who runs peak fitness, there should be a charge against people if they smoke in the vehicle.

I had reserved the car hauler from customer service to be picked up in Boone NC. When I called to come get it the dealer there said I’d have to drive to Banner Elk to pick one up. An hour away. Bothe agencies were very helpful and professional. But there was a communication breakdown with customer service. I specifically said email or text for any changes. That didn’t happen. Overall though I was pleased with my experience
