The location is perfect and convenient. They have no control over this, but my only dissatisfaction with UHaul is the pricing. A hundred dollars to use a trailer for a few hours is excessive. The rates in general have increased to levels beyond the original UHaul business model. In laymen’s terms; y’all have gotten too greedy.

Rex HWhen I arrived to pick up my truck and trailer that was reserved, there was no equipment. I was notified upon arrival, after I had driven 4 hours to get there. I had to wait 24 hours for a truck. Then instead of the trailer I reserved, I was given a different style which didn't work for my vehicle. I ended up having to return the trailer and leave my vehicle. Now I have to drive back up there (4 more hours each way) to retrieve the vehicle I had to leave behind.
