Lewis was excellent very professional guided me through the entire process helping me with my reservation. The equipment was ready to go. As well as the drop off location. Both places as well as both of the men working at these locations were extremely helpful and made my moving experience less stressful. I greatly appreciated both places and their support and service.

Computer system was down not to much the could have done but they could have communicated options on returning equipment ie going online myself and returning the equipment if their system was down

So I was scheduled to drop off at 2732 sw buckhart Port St. Lucie but they were close. There was no place to part trailer and no way of getting into the storage area. I called the 1-800 number and they tried to find another location. I’m not from Port St. Lucie and didn’t have any idea where they wanted me to take the trailer. So now I have to try and find another place to take the equipment in an area that unknown. So now I’m waiting my time when the facility should have somewhere to park other than a few spaces in front of the building. I am very upset about looking for another location when I had this planned ahead of time!

Nothing the man at that U-Haul place is so nice. He really knows what he's doing keep him He's getting really busy so maybe you should get him some help
