I made an appointment to pick up the vehicle at 11am, so that I could pick up some material at 12pm. I was only able to pick up the vehicle at 12:03pm because of your nonfunctional mobile pick up process. No one ever called the contact I submitted. None of your chat rooms responded. Wait time over an hour. I drove two hours to the pickup location and had an incredibly frustrating experience. I would never use your mobile pickup process again.

Shellie BThere was nothing wrong with the location. However, your app wasn’t working. I could not upload photos. Then I had to call Customer Service. Then I got transferred to someone else. Then I sat on hold for 45 minutes longer. It was complicated to do it like that. I wasted over an hour and 15 minutes trying to get this truck.

David BLocation was completely unmanned, could not get moving supplies. Pick up process was a bit slow and awkward. Cargo area of truck was not swept out, interior was littered with loose tobacco and press-on nails. Windshield was completely coated in bugs, truck was almost out of gas, seemed to have exhaust leaks and was missing a lug nut on the passenger front wheel.
Christian WMy original reservation included blankets. UHAUL changed my reservation but didn't preserve this request. I ended up having to drive to another location to get blankets since this one was closed. This kind of thing is a frustration on day move.
