Sue CI was told it would be a $50 charge if I brought the trailer back dirty. I have now rented 2 trailers that were dirty and my daughter also rented a dirty trailer.
Chris HThe steering wheel of the truck was off by about 40 degrees to the left, making it difficult to see most of the dash unless turning right. One of the front wheels is out of balance, causing a slight shake at speed. This is nothing against Pee Vee, it’s UHauls fault. Pee Vee is great.

George GThe staff were rather unhelpful and cranky, but pickup went ok Overall, it was necessary to input information (DL info, etc) more than once. I don't know why trucks are required for interstate moves, when many times, a much smaller van is sufficient--that option needs to be offered. Also, there are way too many additional services being requested that are mostly unnecessary and hard to decline, please change this.
Barbara JAndy, and Heather are outstanding to work with. I rarely give them enough notice, yet they always complete our rental needs with a smile. Could not ask or pay for better service.

Teresa CFriendlier staff, equipment in better condition -- wiring harness was damaged so trailer lights did not work, employee told us it was our tow vehicle electrical when we picked it up and yet told us to leave without working lights. You could clearly see the damage to the wires in the harness.

ANISIFOR GWaited 2 hours to get keys. Checked in online. But office was closed in the middle of the day. 2nd time Ive ran into this with them.
Julie WTruck was difficult to drive, hard to keep it on the road, the inside engine compartment came flying off while driving, Inside smelled like cat urine. Also when I returned the truck no one was there, I didn't feel comfortable leaving the dolly not locked up so I kept it. This location works when they want so attempts were made, but they charged me for keeping it safe until I could Bring them. You should really look for someone else to run this location
