Keep the gas tank at full so the customer doesn't have to make a complex calculation at the pump in order to return the vehicle with the correct amount of gas.

Spent an hour trying to pick up trick. Phone app would not work. Was on hold for over an hour all together trying to talk to someone. Finally got a hold of someone at Gresham location. Was told that there was an outrage. I explained that I had hired movers (through u-haul) and they were now waiting on my. The response I got was something to the effect of “you and10,000 other customers are, you’re not the only one”. After an hour, was finally able to get in truck. Tried calling again to see what the deal was and spent all in all about an hour and fifteen minutes on the phone. Called a regional office out of Eugene and as told it was my fault. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any company. This made moving, which is stressful as it is, so much more stressful then it should have been. Terrible customer service. I was offered $50 credit, but I want a full refund. I have documentiaon saved. Thanks

We needed only a few additional hours the next day. I called to get a price and did not receive a phone call. If we would have known we would be charged for a full 2nd day when we returned it only a few hours late, we would have utilized the truck longer. I sincerely feel we're due a refund. Not happy at all with this pricing structure and lack of communication.

The 24 seven rental on your own was very confusing however when I called U-Haul they walked me through the entire process which was very easy. I picked up the truck and it had below empty which was a bit frustrating. I put in $30 and only ended up using less than half of it and the company did reimburse me for putting in that much gas. That was very much appreciated. I would rent there again however I would ask that they make sure it has some gay Some gas in the vehicle.

This is the fastest U-Haul . I’ve rented from several and is usually a very long wait, not sure why the experience is so slow but it is. At this location it’s not. He handles business, no side BS.

The truck I rented had a lot of Brake pedal travel and with my large foot sometimes while applying the Brake pedal I was pressing down the Accelerator pedal also, which brought on slight panic until I figured it out.

When receiving the uhaul in Idaho, it was put onto my vehicle hitch, when dropping it off I had to do it myself. It would have been nice to have it taken off as it was a bit heavy to lift off by myself.
