I needed a much smaller truck. I was using it to donate a few items following a move. So I ended ip paying $65 to donate across town. Perhaps in those kind of circumstances when you don’t have a smaller truck available, some grace could be extended.

Beth GHelp the retailer have better equipment. The flower shops tablet for Uhaul kept crashing. But the staff was amazing!!!
