Very well run and clean, especially considering the part of town. The up till 10pm pick up is really convenient.

What can be improved is the computer/inventory system. I showed up to the San Mateo location first. Told her what I was wanting to rent. Which was the 16 foot toy hauler. I was told that they have one. Buttt it's one way only, so they can't rent it. So she did an in-town search and found one that was in town. I was told that it is at the Eubank and Indian school. I had a reserve put on it for Saturday. Saturday morning, I showed up at this location only to find out all they had there was auto transports, no toy hauler. Now he did a search and found a toy hauler at the 505 supermarket on San Mateo. I showed up at this location. He had it. It was already to go. After an hour of driving around town. I was finally able to get back on track and take care of my task for the day. Just knowing the amount of time driving around could have been the time doing what I needed to. Thanks to the 505 supermarket for having your poop in a group. good job!!

Getting out of the parking lot with a long pickup and trailer was very tight due to a newly constructed or updated fence and where the trailer was parked.

24/7 truck pick-up was confusing and a hassle. In the future, I’d much rather go to an actual U-Haul location to pick up a truck.
