The tires in tgw truck were worn out. I even had a blow out cause if it. The reverse lights dud not work. The emergency road assistance had ne on hold fir over an hour...not cool

There wasn’t anyone at the drop off location to supply unhook help which made it very hard on a dirt surface for a person on chemotherapy treatments! Oh and it was within the business hours posted on the door!!

Had trouble getting the uhaul website to work for my drop off. I called and the phone was answered on the first ring. They took care of everything for me over the phone. Great service!!

The support bar running from the trailer tongue to the driver's side of the trailer was bent. It had been marked with an X sticker showing that U-Haul had seen it. I guess that it was deemed structurally sound because it was rented to me. I had no issues towing with it so I suppose it's just cosmetic.

It was a holiday weekend, so we did the self checkout. Be sure your phone settings will allow you to give location to U-haul and share photos as well.
