HALEY EMuch better than the other place we were originally scheduled to drop off at, who had nowhere listed except their front gate that you couldn’t do drop offs after their facilities closed, which I was angry about. The lady who helped me on the phone was nice though

MAHANATMA KNo personnel were there when I dropped the trailer off about 6:45 p.m. There were several closer destinations to my end route, (Tooele) but we were directed to use this location. I just had to tow the empty trailer a bit farther.
MICHAEL BHard to find and is a dirty lot. Employee is running a scam out of it charging people and extra day for being late a couple minutes when their info is wrong on the website
Joey VTruck location needs to be a bit clearer; truck was located in back of strip mall, on opposite side of where store is situated. Lock box was attached to fence, hidden from view in back of parked UHAULs. Location questions really was not applicable as everything was done after hours through Customer Service/UHAUL App. 800- customer service rep however was amazing; he helped me navigate through all the issues I had with the UHAUL app and stayed online until everythig was complete and in hand. Bravo Zulu to the Customer Service Rep on the phone!!
Kassandra SThe young kid sent me on my way with lights that didn’t work. I came back for another trailer and the older guy helped to get the lights to work.
ALLISON FIt was difficult to understand where the gas gauge was exactly to have the accurate amount inside. I was not able to figure out how to do the night check in with the key & the company did not teach me how to do it. I drove over on my break today to get it to them. The truck was really great & really useful. Issac was great & knowledgeable & supportive. I rented from him again 2 months later because I had a good experience with him.

Adam DGive more information on returning the equipment!!! I got charged an extra day because I was hesitate to drop it off after the location had closed early and no one told me I could leave it there outside the gate unattended/unsecured prior to picking it up. Also, I was unaware of an app to check-in and check-out. No very happy but the equipment did it's job at least. Please contact me if you'd like to resolve this matter! My email is iritter@gwcu.org

KIM SThis supposed to be an update, but I can’t figure out how to update. I was frustrated at being charged twice for the same dolly paired with two separate trailers. I contacted customer service and they ironed it out. The location was great and James was understanding and helpful.
ERIN HI was charged twice for the same dolly because I used two different vehicles. Very frustrating. James was very helpful. I rented a trailer, but the thing I needed to move didn’t fit, so I changed to an open trailer. Instead of just adding the open trailer to the order, he closed my order and opened a separate order. I still needed the dolly, so was charged a second time for it. Quite frustrating.
