This location is the most unprofessional and poorly run U-Haul location I’ve ever been to. they were very rude and acted like my request to rent. A trailer was very much a problem for them! I will most certainly never rent from them again!!! I dealt with the same person when I return the trailer and they acted the same way. Not a good experience at all.!!

No improvement needed. The young man that helped was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the procedures and waljed us through every step. He was very friendly and professional.
Michelle VI had to type in my own information. She was so busy eating lunch she couldn’t do it. Then the guy getting the trailer was rude wanted to know who was driving I said I was and he basically called me a lair. I would never go there again.
