How U-Haul Reviews WorkToo many issues with the self return process. Upon drop-off a fuel charge was suppose to be put on hold as I was disputing it. Uhaul charged my card anyway without my permission without first talking with me regarding the fuel charge dispute.
Landon WGave me an awesome trailer that made it easy to load my stuff!
Jessi BFaster system for customer service.
Danilo MThe truck had a lot of tiny scratchs and dings on them but there were little claim stickers on them so I felt comfortable that I wouldn't be charged for anything I didn't do. Very nice lady that rented it to me too.
