CARLOS FHonestly we likely will not be going through U-Haul again. Our last experience we were told we would have to go find a dolly at another store that we paid for because they did not have one available, which significantly delayed our moving and stressed me out. Then this experience we were waiting for 45 minutes to try to get the app running to get our rental truck and the app was simply not working. Again our project was delayed. I felt like I really had to work hard just to get a truck in the morning even though we reserved this weeks ago. I did feel the representative Tyler helping was doing his best which I appreciated, but he was scattered trying to help about 10 groups at once and the process yesterday morning truly was a nightmare.
