My husband is an experienced CDL driver and has pulled trailers for years and was just trying to check the trailer and was told he wasn't allowed to... we were driving across 3 states and part way through the trip he could see one of the tires was in bad shape and we just hopped it wouldn't blow... by the time we got to our stopping point for the night he could see metal through the tire and it was bulging. Luckily we were done for the day and they sent someone to replace the tire while we rested for the day. But it could have gone so much worse! It could have blown while we were on the busy freeway. All because he wasn't allowed to check it... If they aren't going to let customers check the safety of the tires they should be doing it!!! Checking in also took 3 times longer than any other place I have rented from. I have rented trucks and trailers before and never had it take this long.

Very smooth move with great equipment.
PAUL CWe were sent here after our reservation was overbooked at another facility. We were grateful that this site could help us out. We ended up moving in a horrible rain storm, and when we returned the truck, we were told that there would be a blanket folding charge. We were unaware of this and so we had to get all of the blankets folded on site. I wish we had known that beforehand. It would’ve made it much easier. Other than that everything went really well.
