Your U-Haul systems went down while I was there. I had to wait about 40 minutes past my time of pick up. Other than that, the employees were very friendly and helpful. Just was not happy. How about the fact that I was on a time crunch and I even showed up 20 minutes early to make sure I was in and out of your location.
