Have us a truck on empty and the customer service was less than decent.
Jordan CMake sure reservations are correct. I reserved a 20 ft. Truck to be picked up at 6 am from 5300 s state after being told the location closest to me didn't have any trucks available. When I got there, I was unable to get the truck I reserved because it wasn't set up for mobil pick up. I was told I could drive to other locations even further for a bigger truck or settle for a small 10 for truck. Resulting in multiple trips opposed to what i planned and reserved. Highly disappointed in my experience due to miscommunication from uhaul.
