The location was great for me. However, the experience with the website/app was my main problem. Every time I tried to create an account in the app, it would ERROR OUT , so I couldn't ever get to the point to login. When I tried to use the website, it would require an OTP to verify, but once I got the code, I couldn't get to the point to enter the code. I had to return it after hours, so needed to use the mobile access. I had to call the 24/7 call service in order to process it out. The customer service lady on the phone was VERY helpful and I got everything all processed out just fine.

actually, I did a self drop off as the establishment was closed for Memorial Day. So I cannot comment on any of the above questions concerning the drop off location. The Self Drop Off tried to charge me for an additional day even though I was returning the trailer on time. I called U-Haul support who checked me in and adjusted off the erroneous charges.
