The truck was not at the location. It was supposed to be. I had to go to three different locations to finally find my truck. That’s not a big deal, but it took some time. Otherwise everything was fine.

Stephen DUhaul estimated I would drive 188 miles - and charged me for that. But I only drove the van 170 miles. When I returned it, I did not get a (roughly) $15 credit off my bill. Furthermore, the gas tank was not filled. I had to calculate how much gas I might use on the trip. I estimated too much gas and ended up leaving about $10 of EXTRA FREE GAS FOR UHAUL in the tank. Your policies suck!! Update your systems and processes! If you don't, then you're SCREWING YOUR CUSTOMERS INTENTIONALLY!!!
