no one explained when I rented the trailer that they would not be there when I returned and how to return things. I had to figure it out myself including downloading an app in the parking lot. The app itself had problems, asking me the same questions over and over again and not making it clear if the return was complete.

Paul GI reserved a 5x9 utility trailer, but what I received was a motorcycle trailer. I told the agent that they gave me the wrong one, but they kept saying this is a 5x9 utility trailer. Motorcycle trailers are cheaper than 5x9 utility trailer. They should know more about what they are renting. The people at the rental place are also not friendly.
