awful location it was not labled at all. i called the next day and the lady that answered said she would relay the information to the uhaul person and they would call me. 6 days later they finally processed the truck after not answering their phone at all for those 6 days. i had to call uhauls 800 number 5x to get things processed. worst uhaul experience ever!
