This location was very difficult to find at night with no lighted signage from the road. It would have been helpful to know it would look like a residential driveway. We were unable to get the website to find/share our location for the online return but the owner was very flexible and took care of it for us.Lisa D.
The location is great and the people are helpful. The pickup process over the phone was easy, but when we dropped it off the website kept glitching and we had to start over a couple times.Bethany W.
Th only issue we had was a wifi issues initially when we picked up the truck with mobile; using the uhaul l app , we were having issues with one of the screens populating up the dash board. It was much easier on the return, we were sent a text link, and then it worked quicklyRICHARD L.

The steering on that truck was very loose. I expect that on a rental truck, but this was the worst of any vehicle I've ever driven. The wheel would move 20 or 30 degrees before the wheels would respond.Jon C.

U-Haul sign was not very visible, especially at night which is when I picked up my truck. They need to have a lighted sign ot at least one with a light shining on it.The code box to get my key also was not lighted. I had to try to balance my cellphone in flashlight mode in one hand while trying to dial in the code with my other hand. The pick up and drop off my truck by smart phone process was horrible. It was the first and last time, I will ever use that process.vicky G.

Check-in and check-out process was a little time consuming. I think it's awesome that you've automated everything and have all accessible via a mobile device, but there were a ton of pictures and waiting for the app to tell me what to do next to finalize everything.Matt A.

The engine light was on for the entire duration of the day. Additionally, it was extremely difficult to turn the ignition key. I know that sometimes you have to jiggle the steering wheel to get the key to turn but there was no rhyme or reason as to when the key would turn or not.Scott H.

GPS location did not work for this location. Wanted to do online pick up and drop off and it would not work giving a message that I was not at the location. Employee had to do the pick up paperwork.JASON M.
His company rented me a unsafe vehicle. It shook violently if you went over 60 miles an hour. It was a 90Â° day the air conditioning does not work in the truck. And the gas gauge did not function properly. And they're still trying to bill me full price. Absolute horrible. Waited on hold for over 45 minutes just to speak to somebody who transferred me to somebody else and had to wait another 30 minutes Horrible customer service.Robert H.

The online pickup and drop off process was absolutely horrible. Took 45 min to figure out everything using mobile device, license would not scan, having to upload so much crap b4 and after was ridiculous! Will never do 24/7 again. Also, the 15' size truck I was confirmed to rent was changed to a 26' size which was way too big and difficult to manage the space I needed to maneuver within. I had no choice, had to take it if I wanted to accomplish my project. You can take a reservation,, you just can't hold a reservation! Will only rent a uhaul in the future if I can access a live person face-to-face!!!!!Cheryl K.

Trying to return drunk here at 9pm at night was horrible, Passes the place twice because there is no lights and a tiny sign in the yard. Way to hard to find. Then very dark trying to find key drop.DANIELLE S.

I reserved 12 packing blankets and wasn't informed until the day before or day of that none were available. While our rental contract was adjusted with the removal of the charge, this could've been a much different situation if items we were moving were damaged because we didn't have them. As it was, I had to use my own regular bed blankets to alleviate the possibility of damage.ANDREW P.

The online check in process did not work and was very cumbersome. The representative at the pick up station finally came out and helped me get through the check in process, "in person". She was very helpful. Because of this I did not get to look in the vehicle until after the process was complete. Upon entering the truck, the floorboards were very muddy and the steering column, dash and driver's side area was covered in cigarette ashes and the cab smelled of cigarette smoke. I found this funny since the rep specifically asked me if I smoked and there was a No Smoking sticker on the driver's side window.Travis W.

I would suggest letting customers know they must have WiFi enabled in order for the 24/7 truck pick up to work. Maybe this information was clearly illustrated, but I missed it and it was frustrating until I figured that part out!Barry K.
