The location itself was ok. The issue was that I was not told to do the whole "return" process on the app BEFORE I drop keys in a lock box. So after I dropped the keys in the box I open the app to do the return only to find out that it is a very involved process with photo's etc. I DID take photo's before I locked the truck (like I was instructed by the lady) but that was on my phone for my own records, your app is designed such that I CANNOT upload photo's from my phone. So now the truck is locked and I cant upload photo's???? The truck itself was fine, cab was clean and all that, but there was oil or tar or something that the previous renter spilled which means I cant use that section of the truck. My biggest issue is was not related to the site but how you manage the fuel usage. This is the most stupid system I have ever encountered. I get a tank that is "just over" half a tank and have to put it back there, so now I have to thumb-suck how much fuel I used???? Your consultant at your call center actually suggested that I jump in and out of the truck while its filling so that I can keep an eye on the gauge, which means keeping the truck ON, at a gas station, that CLEARLY states your vehicle must be OFF to fill gas. Really man c'mon, just give me a truck with a full tank and I bring it back full, seriously. Other than that it was a good experience.Renier G.

Very poorly marked drop off location. No turn around without entering the "restricted area" where all the other U-Hauls where located. Office marked as closed, even though I was nearly 2 hours before the scheduled drop off time. Person came out threatening about entering restricted area instead "Do you know how to read? Your street sign could be a little bit bigger because when you coming down that road and people are on your butt give you a little bit more time to turn your turn signal on if you could see the sign so but other than that you guys were greatPam C.

The App pick up was a pain, multiples photos required and had to wait on a phone call for 15 minutes. The truck leaked and soaked things on the upper ledge including an area rug and padding. I only drove 10 miles yet the gas gauge went from just under a half tank at pick up, to 1/8 tank at drop off, I was not charged for fuel. For the most part the truck was okay but it did shake quite a bit, possibly because of the 147,000 miles on it. I don't think I would want to drive it cross country, but it was fine for what I needed it for, storing things while my garage floor was refinished, except for the leak which I hope they fix. If I were to recommend the location, it would be to go there during their limited open hours, so you don't have to deal with the app.Steve S.

First, they are open on Sunday!! Almost no other UHaul dealer is. The staff is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. Everything went perfectly smoothly. I have gone here twice and will be back when I need another truck rental.monica R.

It was too creepy to walk into a person's house (inclosed breezeway) to be serviced. The computer system was down and it took way too long. The truck was a rattle bucket mess! Super loose steering.Kelly P.

The uhaul website and app are TERRIBLE. The "take photo" function wasn't working, my account wouldn't verify, and then my location wasn't "correct" even though I was on the property in front of the truck. Half an hour on the phone with customer service couldn't get it fixed either. Thankfully, the lady at Pennington Properties was still there, saw me having trouble on the phone, and helped me. However, she was also having problems making the uhaul site work, even her parts in the computer. How can you have a business run when your programs don't work? She was extremely patient and helpful and did eventually get things working enough to get me my key. If locations had halfway decent hours on the weekends, I could have physically gone in and done this and saved half the trouble. The website and app need fixing, they were abysmal to try and use.Kara H.

Truck had just over 1/4 tank of fuel when picked up. I was instructed to bring truck back fully fueled which I did. When I refueled it still had about 40 gallons of the original fuel left. As a consequence I paid quite a bit of extra to pay for somebody else's use.Almost 3/4 of t tank.Bill L.

The woman who is the main Owner/associate was very unpleasant and rude. Not helpful and seemed to be very bothered that people were there trying to figure out the check in process, like it was an inconvenience for her to help. Truck was clean and worked out well, but I would not recommend this location due to the nasty attitude and lack of help we were met with.Jared J.

Although the equipment was clean I would not classify it as well maintained. The transmission definitely did not shift correctly and the brakes were also problematic. The owners of this location, we're however very nice.Sara H.
