The truck was very bouncy on every bump to the point at times it was hard especially on the highway to keep the truck driving straight without having to significantly drive through the wiggling. I am not sure if there is an issue with the steering or shocks, but I do not recall this happening the last time I drove a truck like this last year. I had to clean the cup holders of old pop also when I got the truck. The owner of the location was very nice and helpful, it was more about the truck and some may have been road conditions. It was helpful to have a ramp which this truck includes.

Ricky LThe rental office was filthy and smelled terrible of pet urine and dander. The van was not clean and the tire pressure was dangerously low on the rear driver side (had to stop and pay get it checked for safety then filled to the proper psi).
