Nothing needs improvement. The staff was courteous and friendly. The whole sign in process took less than 15 min. Not only will I use them again but refer any friends that need a rental to them. Buisness done the way it used to be. T.y. God Bless

BRYON SI'm pretty sure the location offered any and all sizes and types of trucks etc to rent. The location was very difficult to keep a signal to do what is needed on line. It is necessary to go to the office to complete the transaction. The lady in charge seems put out by this but, disspite her lack of people skills she was very helpful. We accidently left 2 FOBs in the truck and recieved a call on our way home from dropping off the truck to alert us of this. We live about 50 minutes from rental location so the next day I called to let her know I was on my way to pick those up. I had to wait an additional 25 minutes while I watched her help someone hook up a trailer before I could get my FOBs.
