The U-hual interface is not user friendly for customer or clerk. Plus not allowing keeps to use pull behind trailers is very discriminatory. I own 3 jeep vehicles. I can't rent any of your trailers. But I can go down to your competition and pay more. Thanks a lot. I was able to rent your hands trucks which was nice. Clerk at location was awesome.

Take better care of the vehicles the truck I had the windshield was so dirty that when I turned a corner and was driving into the sun I had to stop the truck because I could not see through the filthy windshield very very dangerous and it was on the inside not just the outside the windshield was absolutely filthy

Not for this location: we git a confirmation number for a 16' truck. TWO days before we needed it we got a call saying only a 26' truck was available at the location we used. We were forced to accept a truck way bigger than we needed and way more expensive. We would have made other arrangements had we known sooner. We could not change the moving date.

The pickup location in Oak Ridge TN messed up our order and the drop off location failed to credit back blankets that were supposed to be taken off our bill, as was presented in the notes on our account. Very poor experience.

I was over charged for being late but I was unable to get my truck picked up on time as the store owner wasnt there on time so I called in and they reimbursed me half of my money so messed up but fixed it and overall I'm satisfied. Also the driver side door didn't unlock with the key, so they should get that fixed.

The truck was due back at 3pm on Sunday April 26, however this location closed at 1pm Saturday 4-25. Someone called to let me know and told me where to drop off the keys and gave me the option of just returning it Monday morning with no additional charge. Outstanding customer service

It was a very easy process with no hassle and easy drop off with the truck.

Horrible experience. Vehicle was not staged. Took 40 minutes to get ready from time I arrived until leaving. Staff got agitated. Discussed had movers on the way and staff ordered to go sit down. Rude and unapologetic. Stated he had 30 minutes to stage vehicle. Couldn't check it out mobile as it was stuck behind trailer and wasn't ready at all with equipment despite staff calling to confirm the previous day. Staff took their sweet sweet time getting it ready.

First time renting a uhaul, it's was super easy and the workers were very nice and respectful! They gave me a good deal as well, for any friends renting I will definitely recommend

I feel like the person where we rented the truck from cheated us out of miles and gas!! When we left he said we had between 3/4 and a full tank of gas. When we stopped at my house to load it up - there was only 1/4. I actually called the office when I discovered it and the man who answered the phone said we were probably right as he had to use that particular truck to go pick up a trailer and he used gas for that! Also, he told us how many miles we had - and it was more than enough to get from Oak Ridge, TN to Murfreesboro, TN. As it turns out we were SEVERAL miles over and we DIDN'T GO ANYWHERE EXCEPT MY HOUSE AND TO MURFREESBORO WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED!! It was either a cheat or someone didn't know what they were doing! NEVER AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THAT PLACE TO ANYONE!!

The location was close to the house, I ordered the truck on Monday for a Saturday move. Including a furniture Dollie, not an appliance dollie, extra blankets and straps. NONE of the supplies were in the truck. The ladies at the desk were very helpful and nice and tried their very best to rectify the immediate problem and were able to call around to find other supplies,, however I am extremely disappointed in the lack of supplies that I specifically ordered as we were moving very heavy antique furniture and this just added to the stressful day.. I had to drive to another location to pick up blankets and straps which I now have to make another trip to return as they were the local dealer's own straps not UHAUL so I could not leave them with the truck. Very disappointed will look to use other options in the future. I have used your company for previous moves and have never encountered such a lack of preparedness.

No lights that worked on trailer pulling at night was an absolute nightmare thought I was hit several times an absolute horrible experience never rent from Uhaul again feel like they owe me money back you need to improve your rental equipment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hope someone important reads this an absolute nightmare of an experience

I had made a reservation 6 days in advance. The reservation was to include a utility dolly. When I went to pick up the truck, they didn't have any utility dollies.

I reserved a trailer rental using the U-Haul website, and I completed the Express Check-In a day before the reservation. Both times I DECLINED the Damage Protection up-sell, also known euphemistically as Safe Move. When I arrived to pick up my rental, a charge for Safe Move had been added to my contract by the U-Haul reservation system. It appears that this up-sell is so profitable U-Haul considers it essential to our relationship.

I was charged for safe move on my receipt which I DID not sign up for with my order, I would prefer my 14 dollars back but other than that it was a good experience

Truck was nasty. Had oil or something in the back! The front smelled like cow poop! Its needs a serious cleaning! If it wasn't the only truck close to me then I wouldn't have got it! Didnt realize insurance was mandatory now. I wasn't told that when I picked up the truck!

Good Lawd have mercy Jesus!!! It sure costs a lot to rent a box truck for two hours to move a couch. Glad I got a super good deal on the couch??

The $0.89 per mile fee was a bit much. Just be up front and charge more for the truck. Like me I doubt if most vehicle renters know in advance the miles that will be travelled. So the $20 per day plus $15 for insurance was not even close to the total cost. It wasn't a problem for me but very well could be for some. It just seemed a Lille misleading to have the daily rate in large print on the truck when the real cost is in millage.

Drop off was quick. Since the reservation was changed from local to one-way. I was not asked where I wanted to drop it off. Drove past 2 U-Haul rental places to the other side of the city to drop it off. Waste of time and gas.

It was a quick drop off. The management was nice. Unfortunately, the internet was down when I came in so they weren't able to check it in online while I was there. The business was clean and location was central.

This location was 30 minutes from my house when there were numerous UHaul locations in my town. This location was also out of furnature pads despite that gave advanced notice of my ibtention to rent some. Employees and facilities were nice, however.

The first place I tried to drop off , approved drop off on rental agreement was (Eddie hair tire and auto center) said needed to drop off in Clinton contract not written properly. Young man was rude, argumentative, and if they were the only place to rent truck would never happen. So adding more mileage was part of addition fee.
