Our experience was excellent from every angle except one, and it was of no fault to the team at People's Choice. The only challenge we really had was using the app. But even then, the regional manager called me and walked me through everything. That level of service is very challenging to come by these days and it looks like UHaul has that part dialed in. 5 stars. Highly recommended.
