Everything worked as it should on the utility trailer. The rental guy was friendly helpful. I was running late on the drop off, called and let him know and it was no problem. I will rent from here again if needed in the future.

My only concern is on the hauler that I rented. If I had to haul a car that was not operable, how would I get the car on the hauler. There was no wench. Fortunately for me, I could drive up the ramps.
