I called and changed my drop off time from 4 pm to 6 pm, was told everything was peachy and then when I dropped off my trailer at 6, my drop off location was not open. I left a voicemail at 5:45 stating that I had arrived on time and that I would leave the trailer in the lot - the next day I was charged for an extra day as well as an â€œafter hoursâ€ fee. Customer service would not refund me. I am very displeased.Scott P.

Great location. But corporate uHaul may try to switch you to another location further away because they can't "guarantee availability". This location told me they had a 26' truck available on that day, and they did (I went in and talked to the workers at the location). But corporate uHaul kept trying to move me to another location that was further away, and they tried twice to do this. I'm not sure what is up with their system, but the actual on-site workers were super helpful and friendly.Eric H.

Had severe issues with the app while both picking up and returning. I wasted 30 minutes out of my day just sitting in my car trying to get it to load. $20.00 "after hours service fee" wasn't mentioned anywhere and is honestly a scam. The mobile pickup is not a great process. I had to call the 800 number in order to get the key out of the lockbox because I couldn't get the information to upload through the app. Then on return, I couldn't submit the mileage and gas gauge so I had to call the 800 number again. Lastly I am getting charged for 3 days of the Safe Move (should only be $14 but I am getting charged $42) because support said it is a charge per day. I only rented the truck for less than 24 hours.Joseph G.

USB ports didn't work and made for a long trip being unable to charge our phones; we were using google maps for directions and drains the phone batteries. I was charged for an extra day but it didn't state what time I needed to return the truck to avoid the charge. Other than that the truck performed well except on the mountain roads with the load and high speed traffic.Michael B.
The load area was very clean, but the truck cab was filled with dog hair and there was dog slobber all over the driver and passenger door windows. Everything else was fine.David M.

The truck that I picked up wasn't completely unsafe and should have been removed from the fleet a long time ago. See my reservation for additional details. I would like to be very clear that I am not blaming even 1 ounce of this on Pepp Motors. UHaul has to do better at securing reservations more than 24-48 hours in advance and they should ensure that the retailers are actually doing a full walk though/ drive through of each vehicle once it's returned.Ingrid O.

The cab was relatively clean, but there was a liquid in one of the cup holders and a general griminess to the cab. My understanding is that this rental was dropped off using the app so no third-party to the previous renter inspected it, so I am unsure about what could be done.Justin W.
This rental was way to expensive. If I would have had any other option I would have gone to them. Paying almost $500 to rent a trailer for 4 days is unreasonable. The location was not the issue, the price dictated by uhaul is the problem. Lower the priceBRAD L.
The website for returning the truck after hours was impossible to figure out! Really impossible!! I was never able to figure it out and I don't generally have any problems with computers. Th U-Haul dealer I used was very kind and checked it back in for me.heidi C.
