The light in the back inside the trailer wasn't working, the tire on the dolly was flat and checking in and out is very time consuming, specially since it was night time .. I couldn't finish my haul as there was no light..

ALEXES Mcomment is not specific to either pick up or drop off locations but related to the equipment itself. The tongue weight of the empty trailer we rented must be in excess of 200 lbs--far too heavy for most people to lift onto their hitch. There needs to be a frame jack for the larger trailers.
