Nothing. This location was great. Unlike the multiple locations in Milwaukee where I rented from. Absolutely WORST rental experience I’ve ever had. Went to pick up truck at Milwaukee Capital Drive location, and there wasn’t one available for us. Someone there messed up my order (did it on the phone with a live person). They sent us to the 27th st location and redid the order for a mobile pickup. The mobile APP did not work, tried three or four times to process order and key key code, but the system kicked me out repeatedly. Called customer service, sat on hold, then the system hung up. Called again and agent said system was down and I couldn’t do anything but wait. Ridiculous!!! Got passed around by customer service for an hour, then was told to call central dispatch in Milwaukee. 414-544- something. The guy who answered at the Milwaukee dispatch was nothing short of a screaming asshole to me. Argued with me when I told him the system was down, argued with me when I said there had been a mistake in my original order, told me the system was fine and to go get my truck at the 27th St location (closed). We’d just stood at the 27th location for 30 minutes!!! He over-talked me, then slammed the phone down on me. Five hours after our initial rental at the Capital Drive location was screwed up, we got a truck from the Good Hope location. The woman behind the counter was unfriendly and cold. Left me and my husband absolutely stressed and upset and ruined our entire day. Especially since we were doing a move to another state. TERRIBLE experience is an understatement.

KRISTIN AI was charged more at this location than any other time at other locations in the area, I was charged before I dropped off the vehicle, Gas when tank read full when I dropped off truck, truck was not what I reserved, and when dropping off there was no one at this location to return keys too. Paid 115.90 for 1 hr
Stephanie VDropped off trailer after hours so no staff around. App worked well. Enough room for the trailer but could see that this may be an issue for some.
