KRISTIN AI was charged more at this location than any other time at other locations in the area, I was charged before I dropped off the vehicle, Gas when tank read full when I dropped off truck, truck was not what I reserved, and when dropping off there was no one at this location to return keys too. Paid 115.90 for 1 hr
Stephanie VDropped off trailer after hours so no staff around. App worked well. Enough room for the trailer but could see that this may be an issue for some.
Ethan EJust 3 or 4 great customer service experience from different uhaul reps...two folks on phone were great about changing my reservation details and 2 different ladies were super warm with my load share and truck arrivals, respectively.
