Pepp Motors Uhaul location forgot to put a key in the lockbox and set up my rental as a mobile pickup. I waited on hold for an hour until I was able to talk to someone who switched my reservation to another truck. The service associate was very helpful and stayed on the phone until I had the keys in hand.

Russell F.There needs to be information on how long it will take to pick up the truck. We had a reservation at 9, but didn't leave until almost 9:45 due to all the verifications. Perhaps making it easier to do some things a head of time, or being upfront that it will likely take 30 mins before you can leave with the truck. It was frustrating to have to wait around for someone to call us.
Sally H.If the location isn't open for business on a scheduled return date. Customer should be able to return on next that establishments next business day without any additional charge. As far as U-Haul as a company the rates you advertise are completely misleading.
